Cheese, the Thracian Style in an Earthenware Pot

Ingredients

250 g cheese

100 g loukanka (a typical Bulgarian semi-dried salami)

100 g mushrooms

200 g yellow cheese

4 chili peppers

4 eggs

2 tomatoes

50 g butter

Method

Slice the to­ma­toes. Take four earthen­ware pots and put some but­ter on bot­tom; then put some to­ma­toes, then a tile of cheese on top. Next, cont­in­ue with the sliced mush­rooms and the loukan­ka. Grate some yel­low cheese on top and stick one hot pep­per in. Put the lid and roast in a medi­um oven for about 15 min. Then re­move the lids, break one egg on top and put it back in the oven for another 10 min.
